Formerly known as On The Move Property Boutique, we rebranded as Jardine Estates in November 2024 to better reflect our commitment to a high-end and bespoke marketing service— a hallmark we have always been known for.

Annabelle & Phil
Annabelle Jardine-Jones and Phil Jones have called Gee Cross home since the turn of the millennium. They embrace working in an area they know so well and actively engage with the local community personally and through Jardine Estates' regular community initiatives. As the face of the business, Annabelle cultivates strong relationships with every client, taking the time to understand their needs and their properties. Annabelle's innovative spirit and passion for property ensures our high-end services are complemented by the latest industry knowledge and marketing techniques. Phil is typically behind the camera, producing Virtual Property Tour videos, managing photography shoots, and keeping business operations running smoothly.

Having been with Jardine Estates for over 14 years, Emma is a fountain of property industry knowledge. Following the acceptance of an offer, Emma leads the progression of the property sale. She works diligently to ensure smooth progression, leveraging her strong relationships with agents and solicitors. She prioritises keeping our clients informed and strives to make the process as stress-free as possible. Her naturally empathetic nature endears her to our clients, who each have unique, often difficult, circumstances.

Joanne is the backbone of our sales department. She liaises with clients to cultivate an in-depth knowledge of every property to ensure sales listings are accurate and comprehensive. On property shoot day, she stages and styles interiors, working alongside our photographer to showcase each home in its best light. Joanne provides an outstanding experience for all potential buyers.
